Steel Research Association meeting in response to Thailand's anti-dumping case thermal paper

Thailand Ministry of Commerce claimed that the foreign trade sector (DFT) has been the start of a hot rolled coil anti-dumping investigation, of the Customs Code 720810,720825-27,720836-40,720851-54,720890,721113-14 and 721,119 products . Local 4 Steel Industries Steel, G Steel Corporation, GJ Shahaweiya plate steel companies, and manufacturers allegations, the above-mentioned products from China increased imports have caused damage to the local steel industry, China product dumping margin of 30.91% (CIF).

It is reported that China Steel Association called today several major domestic steel mills, research should Thailand's anti-dumping investigation. DFT investigation may take a year, and will extend the period of 6 months. This means that China's steel mills in the December 2011 deadline to have export opportunities.

Meanwhile, Thailand's current anti-dumping investigations include hot rolled coil, Malaysia, Thailand and four steel mills in Malaysia accused of dumping margin of 31.06 percent.
